Following their 2019 reissue of âMouasalat Ila Jacad El Ardâ, Habibi Funk release another great album from the Lebanese group Ferkat Al Ard, led by the great jazz and folk musician Issam Hajali. First released on a limited run of customised cassettes in 1978, this brilliant patchwork of jazz and funk fused with a strong Brazilian influence (courtesy of Hajaliâs close relationship with Ziad Rahbani) is reissued minus two of its original tracks - at Hajaliâs insistence.
