What is the condition of your vinyl records?
We stock both new and pre-owned records. Each used item is professionally cleaned and graded using the Goldmine Standard to ensure you know exactly what to expect regarding sleeve and media quality.
How do you package records for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. For opened records, we ship the disc outside the jacket to prevent seam splits during transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective items or products that do not match their description. New, sealed records must remain unopened to be eligible for a full refund.
